Saw YELLE [link] in concert with my boyfriend this weekend and it was very much fun times. SHE IS SO FUCKIN GOOD SINGING LIVE OMGAD. Like, really. She sounded better live than on record. It's hard enough to find a singer who is good live, but to be BETTER? Woah. Tough shit.

Was fucking insane. I need to go to more electronic concerts. They're my fav for sure. Prolly cause I give myself whiplash from dancing and bouncing around to the funky fresh beats. Whoo.

There was a mosh pit (somehow) full of half naked guys and my boyfriend threw our empty cups that were full of ice at them. He nailed one of them in the back of the head. [: They were being douches.

The tallest guy in the pit stood in front of me and I started yelling about it to my boy and the dude got this nervous look on his face and moved. I'm 5'4". I can't see shit as it is. Luul. Poor guy.

They had a live drummer. I couldn't tell the difference since I am pretty sure they use electric beats on their music. Not sure though. Was pretty sweet.

Yelle can't pronounce "head". At the encore she said, "O-K! Fo zis next song, I wan to see aeur geetar an 'ead ban-ging!"

It was fun.
